To celebrate the arrival of the new 132 registration, Ford Ireland has announced ‘registration packs’ on its top-selling models to the value of up to €1,079 for just €132.

In detail, the ‘Ford 132 packs’ comprise the following:

*         On Fiesta Zetec: SYNC and air conditioning.

*         On Fiesta Titanium: SYNC; rear parking sensors; and power fold mirrors.

*         On B-MAX: SYNC; 15” alloys; front fogs; and floor mats.

*         On Focus Edge: SYNC; 16” alloys; front fogs; premium centre console; and floor mats.

*         On C-MAX: rear parking sensors and power fold mirrors.

“Incorporating great extras such as SYNC, Ford’s advanced in-car communication and entertainment system; air conditioning; and rear parking sensors, Ford is pushing the boat out on value for anyone thinking of buying a new 132 reg car,” said Eddie Murphy, Chairman and Managing Director of Ford Ireland.  “And on top of this, when it comes time to changing their car, the customer will have the benefit of the 132 reg which will mean increased re-sale value.”

In addition to providing full music streaming from a smartphone or mp3 device, the Ford SYNC system incorporates Bluetooth voice control and text message read-out. The system also includes emergency assist which will automatically call the emergency services in the event of the car being involved in an accident. Should the driver be incapacitated, the Emergency Assistance system will also inform the emergency services as to the location of the car, all the time using the local language of the country where the accident has occurred.
