Flack Bros, Main Peugeot Dealer for County Monaghan, has been crowned Peugeot Sales Dealer of the Year 2018.

A new annual award bestowed upon a Peugeot Dealer, the presentation was made to Dealer Principal, Noelle Flack and Melvin Jordan, at the Peugeot Dealer Conference at the Castleknock Hotel and Spa, Dublin.

Des Cannon, Managing Director at Gowan Distributors Limited, Peugeot Importers in Ireland, said: "Flack Bros has delivered an unparalleled performance in 2018 and now commands a 10.8% market share (cars and vans combined) in County Monaghan, the highest Peugeot Dealer county share in our Network this year. Indeed, Flack's van market share represents a colossal 20.9%, meaning one in five vans in Monaghan is a new Peugeot van."

He continued: "This has not been an overnight phenomenon, rather the evidence of continued hard work and dedication; indeed, Flack Bros were the top performing county market share Peugeot Dealers in 2017, and number one for van sales performance in 2016. I wholeheartedly congratulate Noelle and Mel on their continued outstanding sales achievement and wish them every success for 2019."

Noelle Flack, Dealer Principal, said: "It is so gratifying to know our team's continued efforts are recognised by Gowan Distributors. A proud third generation Flack here at Flack Bros, I thank each and every customer who has come through our door, without whom we would not be celebrating this award. We very much look forward to continued success next year, with confidence."

Established in 1929, Flack Brothers Ltd is a family run business located in Monaghan Town. The Dealership was appointed to the Peugeot franchise Network in 1979, coinciding with the business' 50th anniversary and headed by Noel Flack. Noelle Flack, Noel's daughter, took the Dealer Principal reins in 2002 and today leads a staff of 10. Now a state of the art showroom at 68 Glaslough Street, Monaghan, the site underwent a refresh in 2018, adopting the new Peugeot corporate identity and external signage.
