The programme supports the Independent Motor Trade (IMT) workshops that repair cars and commercial vehicles, over 4 years old. Fiat know their customers prefer to use Genuine Parts as they have a quality guarantee, first time fit, and have a high % parts availability “off the shelf” from their local Club Ricambi dealer.

Fiat has set high service standard levels to support the independent trader. Central support comes from Michael Maher and Alan Maher (Aftersales Business Development Managers) in order to help Club Ricambi dealers deliver the service levels required.

· A trade parts catalogue which sets our clearly: model, version, part description, part number, retail price, and trade price for over 2700 vehicle applications from 800 Part Numbers.
· A level of resource in order that any service level agreed can be delivered i.e. same day or overnight delivery.
· Facility to order parts overnight at no cost penalty.
