Administrators at Unipart Automotive, the UK parts supply chain which recently went out of business, have reached agreement with Euro Car Parts for the sale of 27 former Unipart Automotive branches.

Following negotiations with Unipart’s administrators from KPMG, Euro Car Parts has been able to secure the future of various sites in England, Scotland and Wales. The acquisition will bring the ECP network to 194 branches. It is thought that ECP may also acquire other further outlets from the chain.

Andrew Page has already acquired 21 Unipart branches and The Parts Alliance 12, from the former network of 180 branch outlets.
