Driver takes direct action over poor dealer service
Share:

A very frustrated Range Rover driver in the UK has found a whole new way to highlight poor customer service issues at the dealership where he bought his car. The driver has had his £63,000 Range Rover Vogue sign written with a list of grievances and parked the car just off the dealer forecourt.

The car was parked outside Lancaster Land Rover on Tyburn Road in Erdington, clearly marked with statements such as ‘Do not use this dealership,’ and ‘Range Rover do not care’.

The owner, who has remained anonymous, says he has had a string of issues since buying the car for his wife. He points out his attempt to contact the dealership to have the matters resolved have proved fruitless and at one point he was left on hold for five-and-a-half hours. He also added that there had been a total lack of communication from the dealer and they seemed incapable of resolving the problems. This led to the unorthodox direct action.
