DENSO Aftermarket Sales has announced an important expansion of its Lambda Sensor range to further enhance the programme’s extensive car parc coverage. These new part numbers will be available form mid April.

24 new part numbers, covering 54 OE part numbers have been added bringing the total number of part references to 380. This provides coverage to more than 4000 vehicle applications.

New vehicle applications covered by the range extension, include:
  • Honda: Accord (1997 – present), Civic (2000 – present), CRV (2006 – 2012), Jazz (2008 – present) and FR-V.
  • Audi: A4 (2004 – 2008)
  • Seat: Altea, Arosa, Cordoba (1993 – 99), Exeo (2008 – present), Ibiza (2002 – 2009), Inca, Leon (1999 – 2006), Toledo (1999 – 2006)
  • Skoda: Fabia (1999 – present), Octavia (1996 – 2010), Roomster, Superb (2002 – 2008)

DENSO original Lambda Sensors are selected by a number of leading marques including Toyota, Honda, Jaguar, Volvo, Mazda, Subaru, Landrover, Daimler Chrysler, General Motors and Opel/Vauxhall. This means aftermarket customers can access these same pioneering OE technologies through DENSO’s replacement Lambda Sensors programme, which includes Unheated and Heated sensors (switching type) in planar and thimble types, A/F (linear type), Lean Burn and Titania sensors.
