Delegates impressed with IAAF conference
Share:

Delegates at the recent Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation conference have given the event a glowing endorsement according to the post conference survey. The conference, held at the Birmingham NEC Hilton Metropole in December, was especially praised by delegates for addressing the major issues faced by the aftermarket.

Key issues tackled by the conference included, how the trade can effectively promote itself as a credible alternative for vehicle servicing and repair and clarification of the situation regarding parts descriptions such as OE and  ‘matching quality’.

The conference also focused on the role of the IAAF explaining how it continues to represent the opinions of everyone in the independent automotive aftermarket and how its achievements directly benefit a member’s business.

The conference attracted representatives from garages, motor factors, suppliers, buying groups, associations and trade press, with all very satisfied with the interesting content and presentation.

A full conference report can be viewed on the IAAF website. www.iaaf.co.uk
