Dayco to unveil new innovations at Automechanika

Engine products and drive systems supplier, Dayco, will once again have a major presence at Automechanika Frankfurt, with special focus engine component and kit range. During the five-day event, Dayco will showcase its expanded accessory belt range, its new light commercial vehicle catalogue and its timing belt-in-oil kits.


Franca Pierobon, Marketing and Communications Manager of Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India for Dayco said, “As the complexity of accessory belt drive systems increases, Dayco designs and selects the best belt construction for specific applications in order to meet performance and technical function requirements. In Europe, we have also launched a high technology solution of moulded accessory belts for difficult diesel and petrol direct injection 4-cylinder engines, ensuring we provide our customers with the absolute best solution in terms of material and construction technologies.”

Dayco will also showcase its newly updated online catalogue for light commercial vehicles, which is designed to meet the growing demand for LCV replacement parts. The catalogue, accessible at daycoaftermarket.com, includes 2,168 part numbers providing coverage for the most important European light commercial vehicles, such as those manufactured by Fiat, Iveco, Ford, Renault, Citroen and Peugeot.

“Our engineering expertise is applied to the entire engine, leading to streamlined, more efficient performance and better service,” said Diego Grigoletto, Dayco Aftermarket Sales Director in Europe. “The new Dayco light commercial vehicle catalogue, as well as our aftermarket products, kits and support, reinforce our commitment to customer success.”

More than 4,600 exhibitors and 137,000 visitors from 176 countries are expected to be present during Automechanika Frankfurt 2016. Dayco’s automotive aftermarket solutions, including accessory belts, v-belts, tensioners, pulleys, dampers, aftermarket kits and water pumps, will also be on display in Hall 3.0, Stand A71 during the event.
