Featured in Sealey’s Bodyshop 2020 Promotion is a Dust Free Sanding Kit that allows bodyshops to tackle a range of jobs quickly and cleanly.  

The DFSK01, Dust-Free Sanding Kit comprises a DFS35M Industrial Dust-Free Wet/Dry Vacuum Cleaner (35L 1000W/230V Plastic Drum Class M Self-Clean Filter), a GSA05 - Ø150mm Dust-Free Air Palm Random Orbital Sander, a RE4011 - Dust-Free Sanding Block 70 x 120mm and a RE4012 - Dust-Free Sanding Block 70 x 198mm.

The DFS35M is a high powered unit which is most suitable for use with air power tools and standard power tools.  It is certified for M class dust extraction in accordance with EU directives, which protects the technician from dust particles which can be hazardous to health.  It is fitted with four castors for easy manoeuvrability and has a self-cleaning filter function which is designed to prevent filter blockages whilst in use.

The GAS05 sander has a variable speed control lever and features a 360° exhaust muffler to help reduce noise emission and redirect airflow away from the operative whilst operating. It also has a dust-free outlet for use with centralised dust extraction systems.

Also included are the RE4011 & RE4012 sanding blocks.  These have a hook-and-loop foam pad coupled to a durable plastic body and are finished with an ergonomic soft grip.  They incorporate a Ø20mm outlet for connection to an extraction system and are both suitable for use with popular dust-free sanding sheets.
