Carzone has launched a new online performance improvement centre to help its dealer partners maximise profitability.

As we leave 2020 behind and look forward to better trading conditions in 2021, this series of masterclasses are free of charge to Carzone retailers and are available 24/7.

The centre features Retail Performance Masterclasses (RPM) which have been designed to help improve business profitability across the automotive ecosystem; from sourcing the correct stock, to pricing to market and expertly advertising stock. The programme is available online 24/7 and is completely free of charge for users.

The online masterclasses are hosted by experts who have worked in the field for many years and will cover key topics aimed to help navigate business in an ever changing climate. The first two modules are available online now and cover key topics such as Strategy Builder, which covers the basis of building a business strategy and Lead Management, which covers best practices that support in providing quality experience to customers.

"Carzone is delighted to announce the launch of the online Performance Improvement Centre for our dealer partners says Eoin Lally, Operations Director at Carzone. “This initiative is another example of the leading edge support Carzone provides to our Dealer Partners. The masterclasses have been tailored to the needs of our partners and we hope they will prove to be an invaluable resource. We are working with a strong network of industry experts to provide these online modules, and we are delighted to offer this service free of charge. The first two classes are now available online and our partners can access them via our website.”
