History was created by AVRO last month with the election of the first

lady president in the organisations history. Eilis Murray was unanimously elected to the prestigious position after serving time on both the AVRO National Council and Finance Committee.

Eilis, who says she was extremely honoured to be elected, now plans to work with board members on the creation of a new organisation business plan and in boosting membership numbers.
