Recalls & market surveillance key topics for IAAF online briefing

IAAF members will have the opportunity to hear from the DVSA to learn more about managing recalls and how market surveillance affects the industry in an upcoming IAAF Zoom meeting on Tuesday 22nd September.


The virtual discussion, which will be the third Industry Briefing Bitesize session from Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF), will be held at 10am, and will be hosted by Mike Smallbone, head of membership development at IAAF.

There will also be an update on the latest IAAF activity from Wendy Williamson, IAAF chief executive, followed by the opportunity to participate in a live Q&A session.

Mike said, said: “We’ve received great feedback from our previous two sessions and we’re looking forward to what we’re confident will be another successful virtual meeting. By taking the Industry Briefings online, we’ve be able to continue to directly communicate with members and keep them up to date over the course of what has been a busy, but productive, few months.”
