The Schaeffler REPXPERT road trip continues

Schaeffler’s digital marketing team have continued to tour workshops to educate garages and mechanics with the latest developments from the leading OE component and systems manufacturer, talking to both REPXPERT members and non-members.


The teams says that garage owners and technicians have been more than happy to meet with them, on this occasion also including the local territory managers, who have been tasked with getting the aftermarket up-to-speed with the switch from now obsolete old style printed bonus coupons to the advanced OneCode labelling system that features on all new LuK, INA and FAG product boxes. 

Members now need to use the scanning function in the REPXPERT app to access the invaluable technical library and collect their bonus points. As well as helping members who didn’t know of the update and hadn’t downloaded the app, the team also leaves behind a special REPXPERT tea break kit and other goodies.

Garages that welcomed the Schaeffler team in the Northamptonshire area included; Alderley Autos, Tony Auto Services, Mr Clutch Autocentres, Duston Auto Centre, Sywell Garage and Automotive Engineering.

“The positive feedback we are getting at every garage we visit makes it all worthwhile, and we are delighted with the engagement we’ve enjoyed at every stop on the trip,” said Kian Patel, Schaeffler’s Marketing Intern. “These visits allow us to understand the needs of the garages and their mechanics. We want to know where they need assistance and what they believe works in the industry. This gives us valuable feedback that we can use to help us as a company improve.”
