Lighting specialist, OSRAM and its subsidiary, auto accessory giant, Ring, sponsored Tockwith Motorsport team in the 2024 Southern European GT Championship which secured third place in the competition. 

The Ginetta G50 in OSRAM and Ring livery raced at the top of the field throughout the season. The companies decided to split the livery, with the front half decked out in the OSRAM logo and the rear in Ring, making it a striking car that stands out on a busy grid.
 
Marketing Director, Henry Bisson, commented, “We put a lot of focus on the consumer side of the business in 2024 and racing has been the perfect conduit to target drivers that are passionate about their vehicles and the products they use in those vehicles. Tockwith Motorsport is an incredible team and continues to maintain its proven track record, so we’re thrilled with place 3rd in the Championship.

Henry added, “2024 was also Ring’s 50th anniversary, so when we were looking at how to celebrate the milestone, and this opportunity came up, with everything included in the sponsorship package, it seemed like a no-brainer, especially with how fantastic the car looks.” He went on, “Throughout the season, we’ve supplied a variety of product to the team, so that they not only use premium quality products, but we were also able to ask them for feedback on the products for future development. As well as the fact that the car looked fantastic, it’s these smaller aspects of sponsoring Tockwith Motorsport that make us particularly grateful to be able to partner with them.”
