Laser Tools has introduced a new Long-Reach Air Cut-Off Tool, a powerful pneumatic tool specifically designed for cutting tasks in confined or difficult-to-access areas on vehicles.

The new tool (part number 9077) is ideal for cutting exhausts, holding brackets, axle U-bolts, and door sills. It features an extended handle for enhanced reach and control and a robust design which  includes a 360° adjustable protective head guard and a safety trigger lever to prevent accidental activation, ensuring both operator safety and ease of access.

Operating from a standard workshop compressed air supply (90psi), the tool is constructed with an impact-resistant composite handle that includes a soft grip to minimize vibration and reduce user fatigue during extended use. The cutting tool is designed for standard 3" (75mm) extra-thin cutting discs, with one supplied. Replacement discs are available from Connect Workshop Consumables range, part numbers 30459 (5-pack) and 30460 (10-pack).

Designed for professional use, the 9077 Long Reach Air Cut-Off Tool provides efficient, precise cutting in tough-to-access areas, making it a particularly versatile tool for automotive repair and fabrication tasks. It is available now from Laser Tools stockist.
