At the end of this year’s truck racing season, the tankpool24 racing team enjoyed a successful weekend in Jarama and emerged with a very creditable 5th place in the team championship standings for the season.


A total of 27,000 spectators came to the season finale at the Circuito del Jarama near the Spanish capital Madrid and were able to witness a weekend full of exciting races. tankpool24 driver, Steffen Faas in particular, who made his truck racing debut this year, was able to further strengthen his position in the Grammer's Truck Cup standings with second place secured. He said, "This first racing season was a huge success for me. It was spectacular, action-packed and exciting. I could learn a lot and got to know a lot of new tracks. Especially at the end of the season I noticed that I was getting better and better and I was able to improve my performance more and more.”

His team-mate Norbert Kiss ends the season with a fifth place in the drivers' standings.

For the fifth year in a row, the tankpool24 racing team is supported by the Hamburg based spare parts manufacturer MEYLE with high-quality MEYLE parts and technical know-how as part of a technical cooperation. The 1,050 hp racing trucks used by the team were fitted with MEYLE Original engine mounts, speed sensors, brake components and coupling amplifiers.
