SWAG offers Golf 4 engine protection
Share:

SWAG supplies a range of over 700 references for the VW Mark 4 model, including parts for steering, suspension, electrics, braking system and transmission. It also offers solutions to common Golf issues such as protection against engine damage.

The low position of the engine compartment on the Golf 4 exposes it to damage from uneven road surfaces, making it particularly vulnerable to speed bumps, and road salts. Debris thrown up from the road can contribute to cracks and damage the engine compartment cover.

The engine compartment cover is a safety critical component and, in addition to minimising noise, it ensures targeted cooling of the exhaust system (soot particulate filter) and engine compartment using the airflow. It also serves to protect the drive unit, the oil sump and the steering rod.

SWAG supplies a replacement engine compartment cover in OE matching quality for the VW Mark 4, part no. 30 93 3543.

A full range of VW Golf components can be found on the SWAG Live! online catalogue at www.swag-live.com.
