Soltec offers the ultimate ultrasonic cleaning option
Share:

Soltec is offering workshops and garages the ability to precision clean intricate automotive parts and components with its ECO-Sonic 650s Ultrasonic Cleaner. The unit uses sound wave technology to penetrate and vibrate away deposits such as carbon, glue, oil, or paint on sensitive parts both internally and externally.

This technology allows for areas to be cleaned which would normally be inaccessible and this has numerous applications in a garage. For example it can remove carbon deposits built up inside diesel particle filters or EGR valves as well as cleaning many other delicate and expensive to replace components. This machine is fully automatic with a large basket size of 650cm x 350cm allowing multiple parts to be cleaned at once.

The ECO-Sonic 650s has been specially designed by Soltec to use its SD09 engineering fluid to its maximum capability. The use of ultrasonic cleaning technology coupled with precision compliant engineering fluid offers the possibility of reducing cleaning times from hours to minutes. Plus with Soltec’s low temperatures solvents, this can even be achieved without harming electronics or ceramic-coated parts. Also, unlike water-based solvents, Soltec SD09 engineering fluid does not cause rusting or corrosion and evaporates from the parts without leaving any residue.

The ECO-Sonic 650s  can be purchased direct from Soltec or it can be installed on an economical rental agreement.
