Laser Tools has added to its HGV range with a new universal clutch alignment kit which is designed for use when assembling and installing both single and double disc clutches.

Two expanding mandrels are included to align the clutch components, and they are easily adjusted to fit a wide range of commercial vehicles. The first adjusts from 36mm to 44mm diameter, the second from 44mm to 52mm.

Four spigot adaptors are provided (20, 25, 27 and 30mm diameter), which screw onto the expanding mandrels and locate into the flywheel pilot hole to provide precise centring.

Manufactured from chrome molybdenum and S45 steels, these tough tools are supplied in a robust impact-resistant plastic case to keep the components secure. The kit part number is 7150.
