Get you bids in on the world’s only amphibious Countach

The Lamborghini Countach is a true 80’s icon and very much in-demand as a more recent classic car, so when one comes up on eBay that also doubles as a boat you might expect a hot bidding war. However, despite plenty of interest, potential buyers have been a little slow to put their hands in their pockets for this model.

The “Amphiborghini” was built by Mike Ryan, founder of SeaRoader Amphibious Vehicles, who’s previous work you might have seen on the TV show Top Gear. The vehicle is listed on eBay for £18,995 and despite its water going credentials it seems it is the replica status that might be putting people off. It is built on a tube chassis to exact Countach proportions, however, it seems the “car” has had a chequred history and will need a lot of TLC to get back to road and water going condition.
