First Line’s ISO 9001:2008 Certificate of Approval in Management Systems has been renewed meaning the parts supplier has continuously held the quality systems standard since 1992.

Consistently reaching the ISO 9001:2008 standard requires the business to ensure it has in place a quality management system, which is able to consistently demonstrate its ability to provide products that meet applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and that aim to enhance customer satisfaction.

Managing Director, Dan Joyner said, “This is a fantastic achievement for First Line and a reflection of the fact that we strive to deliver premium quality products and the best possible level of service to our customers.”  He added, “Attaining this certificate requires a lot of work across the whole company, so I’m very proud that we have been able to maintain the high standards that have been set out in this certification.”
