Parts specialist febi has added to its specialist fluids range with the introduction of a new gear oil aimed especially at BMW applications. 

febi 184247, Gear Oil SAE 70W-80 (GL-5) is a rear axle oil based on special low-viscosity fully synthetic base oils and state-of-the-art additive technology for use in BMW rear axle gearbox applications.

The new oil has been developed for the BMW G3 and BMW G5 rear axle oil specifications and is also suitable for other hybrid rear axle vehicle applications.
