Cartec, whose products are distributed in Ireland by Autopaint Supplies, was at Automechanika Frankfurt showing its latest innovations in professional polishing, maintenance and protection products.

The company has successful track record in its specialist sector dating back over 30 years and has its own laboratory in the Netherlands where new product developments are produced. One of the latest examples of this Cartec Ceramic Guard, an SiCarbon+ Coating, was on display in Frankfurt and generating lots of interest. It can provide a very smooth, high-gloss and durable protective and scratch resistant coating in one simple step. It also gives the paint finish a visibly deeper shine and colour, while being easy to clean.

Other well established Cartec products were also on display including the highly popular Diamond Cut 3000, a high performance cutting compound, as well as a range of specialist compound heads to complement Cartec polishing compounds.
