Audi Ireland recently announced the appointment of Richard Molloy as general manager of product and marketing and Simon Noone as network development manager.


These two senior appointments further strengthen the Audi Ireland team and will help Audi maintain its market position as the number one premium car marquee in Ireland while also achieving its strategic business objectives.

Richard Molloy, who has almost ten years experience in the Irish automotive industry, joins the Audi Ireland team from Mazda Motor Ireland, where he most recently held the position of marketing and pr director. Molloy also previously worked for Chevrolet Ssangyong Ireland and Toyota Ireland and will now be responsible for the development and implementation of the Audi marketing and communications strategy in Ireland.

Simon Noone takes up the position of network development manager at Audi Ireland where he will be responsible for the continued investment in the dealer network and implementation of the long-term retail development plan. Noone joins the Audi team from Renault Ireland, where he held the position as network and business development manager.

Commenting on the appointments, Christian Gussen, managing director of Audi Ireland, said; “Richard and Simon bring a wealth of experience to their respective roles and I am confident they will strengthen our business in the areas of brand and dealer development and ensure we continue to deliver on our promise to provide customer delight to Irish motorists.”
