Ring has announced that it has formed a partnership to support the young driver Piotr Parys in the 2015 Volkswagen Golf Cup.

This event is a racing series aimed at developing young drivers as well as providing entertaining rivalry on the track. 24 drivers all compete in the same Volkswagen Golf car from Volkswagen Poland and maintained by Volkswagen Racing Poland.  This creates a level playing field where the skills of the drivers determine the results.

The series consists of 6 rounds with two races at each event. The races are held across Germany, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Poland.
Ring has seen steady growth in Eastern Europe with distributors in Poland, Hungary and Germany. The Volkswagen Golf Cup was identified as platform to continue to raise Ring’s profile and brand in these markets.

As part of the agreement for the 2015 season, the Ring logo will be displayed on the Piotr Parys car’s front bonnet.
