The bilstein group is constantly expanding its range of febi and Blue Print parts and often new additions are made as a direct result of input from garages and factors. 

Found on the on-line partsfinder catalogue, FANS (Future Article Notification System) allows customers to suggest parts that are not currently available in the bilstein group range. Customers who make recommendations are also notified as soon as a suggested part is added to the range. 

With over 75,000 parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles on partsfinder, bilstein strives to cover as many needs as possible. However, there is always a possibility that a specific component required has yet to make the range. FANS allows feedback provided to help the range evolve and adapt to industry demands.

A great example of how FANS makes a different is the Engine Mounting for the Ford Transit (2013 onward) and Transit Custom (2012 – 2023). This was a requested part via FANS, with the OE number 2 015 369 being referenced. Thanks to the feedback from customers, it was officially added to the febi range in August 2023 and by the end of 2024, it became one of bestselling engine mounts. 

Bilstein urges customers to use the FANS feature and submit feedback about parts required.
