MAM customers unlock eBay sales success
Share:

Motor Factors and parts sales outlets looking to expand their online sales activity, can now make use of a new Part Listing Tool for eBay which integrates with MAM Software. The system is already being utilised by many MAM customers and although only operational for a few months, the early results have been very impressive.

Scottish based Livingston Autoparts was an early adopter of the system, which has helped to increase its online visibility and boost sales. The tool can simply map individual parts to multiple vehicles to produce ‘parts compatibility’ listings. This makes product range expansion on the eBay marketplace very straight forward.

Chris Burnside, Sales Director at Livingston Autoparts commented, "The new Part Listing Tool for eBay has proved invaluable in increasing the amount of listings we can add to eBay.”

The eBay Module integrates with MAM's Autopart business management software to simplify and streamline the creation of part listings to the eBay marketplace for both the UK and Ireland, while automatically processing incoming orders. With MAM’s Make Model Index (MMI) mapped to eBay’s Master Vehicle List (MVL), users can produce ‘parts compatibility’ listings, which matches a single part to many compatible vehicles. This eliminates the need to produce multiple listings for each part, saving time and money, and makes it easier for parts to be found by buyers.

"We’re delighted that Livingston is finding success with our new tool,” said Tony Mason, Sales Manager at MAM Software. "The Part Listing Tool for eBay significantly streamlines the process of creating listings and utilises our Autocat+ web-driven parts catalogue for accurate product data.”

MAM products and services are distributed in Ireland by RNH. For more information call 01-626-0155 or visit www.rnh.ie
