Schaeffler has made two new important staff appointments. Matt Selby has been promoted to UK Northern Regional Sales Manager for the global technology giant while Rebecca Dixon-Kennedy is due to join Schaeffler as a Marketing and Digital Media Executive.

Since joining Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket in 2007, Matt has worked as a Territory Manager and Key Account Manager and his hard work and dedication has led to his well-earned promotion.

In his new role, 32-year-old Matt is representing the company’s original equipment LuK clutch, INA tensioner and FAG wheel bearing brands as well as its recently introduced Ruville engine, cooling and suspension components range. He said: “It is early days, but it is going really well. The support I have received from my colleagues has been fantastic and I’m looking forward to helping lead the team and continue to build on our strong position in the automotive aftermarket.”

Meanwhile Rebecca Dixon-Kennedy will join the Schaeffler team this month and will be based at the company’s marketing office near Birmingham. Becca’s degree in journalism will equip her well to help drive the content in all forms of marketing including digital media. She has experience of event management, social media PR and data analysis in the leisure and logistics sectors, most recently with Eddie Stobart.
