Oil an additive specialist LIQUI MOLY is targeting significant global business growth outside of its traditional area of strength in the automotive sector. The company sees great potential for development in markets such as Marine, Agriculture, Commercial Vehicles and Construction Equipment and in line with this has announced the appointment of a new Export Sales Manager to drive this business.

Carlos Travé has been with LIQUI MOLY since 2014 and has been responsible for the highly successful reorganisation of the company’s activities in motorcycle products, tripling sales in the process. He also has previous experience in the marine and construction equipment fields.

With these new sectors, as in the motorcycle segment, the idea is to draw on LIQUI MOLY's more than 60 years of experience within the automotive area. Carlos Travé comments, “In Marine are we are fairly well set up in terms of products, so our aim is to develop sales internationally. In terms of Construction Equipment, Commercial Vehicles and Agriculture, we mainly aim to present our additives as useful chemical tools and problem-solvers for professionals.”
