Laser Tools has introduced a new brake caliper bleed screw repair kit, designed to solve the problem of broken caliper bleed screws without removing the complete caliper.  

The kit (Part number 8670) allows broken and seized bleed screws to be drilled out and replaced with the minimum of fuss. It uses tapered brass inserts that include central bleed screws. The kit includes all drill bits and tapered taps, including two small repair bleed screws, and two large repair bleed screws.

It is designed to work on brake nipples with standard threads between 5 and 11mm and supplied in a blow mould case for convenient storage. Full instructions are included.
