New FAG parts for 4x4 vehicles

The FAG original equipment wheel bearings range from Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket continues to expand with 11 new wheel bearing kits introduced so far this year. This includes several important components and kits for popular 4x4 vehicles.


Among the latest releases are front and rear kits for the Mitsubishi Outlander II (CW, W) 2.0, 2.2, DI, D, 02/2007-11/2012, and rear kits for the Outlander III hybrid (GG, W, GF), 2.0. 2.2 DI-D, 08/2012-, e Nissan Pathfinder (R51) 2.5 dci and 4.0 4wd, 03/2005-, and Hyundai Santa Fe II, III, 2.0, 2.2CRDi, 2.4 and 2.7, 09/2006-.

There are also newly introduced front FAG kits for various BMW models including the X5 and X6 (E70, E71, E72) 30d, 40d, 35d, 20i, 35i and 50i, 2008-, and a rear kit for the X5 (E70, E71, E72), 30d, 40d, 35d, 35i and 50i, 2008-, plus a front kit for the Land Rover Discovery III, IV, 2.7Td, 3.0Td and 3.0 SDv6, 2004-.

The Light CV market is also catered for with an in demand new left and right rear FAG bearings being introduced for the Ford Transit 2.4 and 3.2 TDCi, 204/2006-.

Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket Technical Services Manager Malcolm Short comments, “Following last year’s significant growth of our FAG range we are continuing to introduce new parts for a wide range of models this year with significant products being released for some of the most popular 4x4s that are being worked on in independent garage workshops.” He adds, “We are supplying additional FAG parts for a wide cross-section of European and Far Eastern vehicles that are coming into the independent market-place and you can expect to see further additions throughout 2015.”
