Brake Components supplier Juratek has recently made some key additions to its range of high performance brake discs for passenger cars.

Juratek says its brake discs not only provide excellent braking performance, but also stay looking good for longer thanks to special anti corrosion paint which is applied to the non-braking surface of all brake discs across the range.

With most modern cars fitted with alloy wheels, a rusty brake disc can be quite unsightly. However the coated brake discs, which can be seen through the alloy wheels remains an attractive silver colour. The silver coating is also applied to the edge of the brake discs and inside the vent gap. This means that corrosion will not weaken the internal structure of the brake disc.
