Waterbased made easy

While many bodyshops have struggled to come to terms with waterbased paints and have been put off investing in new equipment by high costs, Vinny Byrne customers have enjoyed a smooth transition to the new technology. This has been greatly assisted by Byrne’s philosophy of finding practical product and equipment solutions.

A good example of this is a new waterbased equipment starter kit. This contains everything a bodyshop needs to achieve high quality waterbased finishes quickly, and is priced at just €289. The kit contains:

- R400 GA - LVLP gravity feed spray gun kit, offering excellent transfer efficiency and including 1.3mm standard nozzle, regulator, brushes and hex wrench.

- Aquadry blowers. These help to improve air flow in the booth and mean waterbased materials dry much faster. The blower kit includes two Aquadry units, a fully adjustable stand, 25ft recoil hose, and eight hi-flow airline couplings.

- High-flow 3/8” bore x 25ft rubber air hose.
