On many of today’s common rail diesel engines serious problems are experienced in the removal of injectors. These are due to problems caused by the build-up of carbon or the effects of water ingress, leading to the injector fusing with the aluminium cylinder head.

Pichler of Austria are market leaders in injector extraction, and have designed a range of hydraulic extraction tools specific to Mercedes CDI, Renault DCI and PSA HDI engines. They also manufacture mechanical extraction tools suitable for most other common rail engines.

Pichler also design and manufacture solution-based special tools for many other aspects of today’s automotive business. From extraction tools for seized or broken heater plugs, to hydraulic and mechanical tools for all areas of the suspension system, Pichler offer a special range of tools. These tools make those difficult jobs easy saving you time and money, increasing profitability and improving customer satisfaction.
