Certain VW Group vehicles coolant expansion tank caps can be difficult to remove, due to restricted access on the vehicle as well as sticking seals due to the constant heating and cooling. To combat this issue, Laser Tools has introduced a new coolant cap wrench. 

The wrench (part number 8819) is specifically designed for use on the VAG OEM 2Q0121321 and 2Q0121321A caps, as fitted to various VW Group vehicles from 2008 onwards (including EV and Hybrids).

This ring-type wrench is super-slim to gain access, it fits snugly over the expansion tank cap, then is simply and easily turned by a 3/8" drive ratchet or bar.

The wrench can speed up this job on many popular Audi, Cupra, Seat, Skoda and VW models. It is available now from Laser Tools stockists.
