At the AGM of the Irish Motoring Writers Association on 7 April 2014, Austin Shinnors was elected as the new Chairman of the association (IMWA).

Mr Shinnors, a Vet from Limerick has been writing on motoring matters for the Veterinary Ireland Journal since the 1970s. He replaces Autobiz’s Gerry Murphy who served as Chairman since 2011.

The following were elected as officers of the Association for 2014.
