Serfac has added Remante AdBlue tanks, plus a number of other components from the brand to its product portfolio.  This innovative product range supports Serfac’s growing commitment to sustainability and offers the company’s motor factor customers a high-quality, environmentally responsible alternative in emission control systems.

Remante AdBlue tanks are remanufactured to original equipment standards, offering the performance and reliability of new components, with the added benefit of reduced environmental impact.  Ideal for Euro 5 and Euro 6 diesel vehicles, these tanks are a vital component in Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems and help reduce harmful nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions.

The environmentally friendly remanufacturing of Remante tanks starts with a thorough inspection of the external parts, followed by a careful cleaning and diagnostics to reveal defective components. Problem parts are repaired or replaced. Once assembled, the tanks are thoroughly tested to ensure full functionality and reliability.

“We’re very pleased to bring Remante AdBlue tanks to our motor factor customers,” said Gillian Fanning of Serfac.  “The demand for sustainable, cost-effective solutions in the automotive sector is growing rapidly.  By offering a remanufactured product that meets OE specifications, we’re supporting motor factors and their workshop customers in delivering both quality and environmental responsibility.  Approximately 50% cheaper than a new product, Remante tanks are high margin items and include a 2 year warranty with unlimited mileage.”

Key benefits of the Remante AdBlue tank range include:
  • Reduced environmental footprint through remanufacturing and recycling of components
  • Cost-effective alternative to new parts without compromising on performance
  • Fully tested, certified and warranty-backed
  • Available for a wide range of popular vehicle models, primarily Stellantis brands Peugeot, Citroen, DS & Opel.
Serfac has also added a high quality range of Remante remanufactured fuel injectors and high pressure pumps designed for modern diesel engines, both of which are essential for ensuring efficient fuel delivery, optimal combustion, and compliance with increasingly strict emission standards.Key Features & Benefits:
  • OE-Equivalent Performance: Every pump and injector is remanufactured to strict OEM specifications, ensuring like-new reliability and function
  • Fully Tested & Calibrated: Each unit is tested on state-of-the-art equipment to verify correct pressure levels, spray patterns, and fuel delivery
  • Cost-Effective & Sustainable: Remanufacturing reduces waste and energy usage, offering an environmentally responsible and affordable alternative to new parts
  • Vehicle Coverage: Wide compatibility with popular passenger and light commercial vehicle applications across multiple European manufacturers.  Applications include Common rail diesel systems (Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Siemens/Continental), Euro 4, Euro 5 and Euro 6 compliant vehicles

Remante is a leader in the field of remanufactured car parts, with its technology saving up to 80% of the material that would be used to produce a new part.  Every year, the company helps hundreds of thousands of car parts to avoid being destroyed, giving them new life.
