Garage Data Systems (GDS) have added a Vehicle Sales module to its range of low cost, easy to use business software for Motor Trade professionals.
A complete Vehicle Sales system, it records comprehensive details of the vehicle specification, including all purchase and preparation costs to make it ready for sale. It produces detailed invoices for customers, including finance companies, as well as handling receipts, part exchanges, finance settlement and auction costs. Each deal has its own profit & loss calculation, including finance and sales commissions. It handles margin and VAT qualifying vehicles.
Reports include Stock, Profitability, Purchases and Aged Stock. Sales Sheets with pictures will also be produced. It integrates with Sage Accounts.
