Team P R Reilly has made new additions to its TRW Shock absorber programme, which now lists over 1100 part numbers covering 98% of the European vehicle car parc.

TRW shocks have proved a great success since they were first added to the Team product line-up some two and half years ago. The company says much of this popularity is down to the fact that the  shocks are produced using the very highest OE quality standards to ensure that they deliver a premium performance level that help to enhance safety, performance, comfort and protection.

With a seal that is constantly lubricated, the friction level on the shock absorbers is reduced dramatically. TRW shocks also have the rod hardened before polishing, which results in a 20% smoother surface for increased longevity compared to standard market specification. Oversized compression valves and strong valve retainers also mean the parts can deal with extreme conditions very effectively.

Team say that by working closely with vehicle manufacturers, TRW can remain ahead of the trend curve to produce parts that set the standards in the industry.
