Automotive lighting technology leader OSRAM was focusing on innovation and opportunity at Automechanika Birmingham. Its bright and colourful stand featured many of the new and innovative LED products for interior and exterior vehicle lighting applications, as well as the latest headlight solutions and practical vehicle accessories.

The stand also featured many of OSRAMS practical point of sale marketing support tools that can help garages to not only sell more bulbs, but also to encourage customers to up-grade to bulbs of better performance and higher value. These ranged from simple counter top printed illustrations to interactive displays using real light sources where customer could get a visual representation of the performance of different bulbs on the road. A new look, full retail display with interactive demo box and smaller free standing floor and counter displays also on view at the stand.

The product highlights on display included LEDriving FOG LAMPs which are a direct replacement for halogen fog light bulbs. This LED upgrade is easy to install and fits in most fog light applications that have been designed for H8, H10, H11 and H16 ECE types.

Also illuminating the stand was the OSRAM LEDambient CONNECT app based styling lighting system. This has been designed to add colour to headlights, fog lights and a vehicles interior. It is simple to install and set up and controllable via a Free App which allows the control of colour and mode and can even sync to music.
