No luck for Irish in British Rally Championship in Wales Keith Cronin in action in Wales

Irish drivers didn’t have much luck on their return to the British Rally Championship in the Nicky Grist Rally in Wales. 

 

Josh Moffett (Hyundai i20 R5) and co-driver Andy Hayes finished highest of the Irish crews in seventh place with his brother Sam six seconds behind.
 

Keith Cronin co-driver Mikie Galvin, in the Ford Fiesta, were the top Irish crew for long periods until a front right wheel puncture the sixth stage dropped them down the field.
 

Welsh driver Matt Edwards  in a VW Polo winning by five seconds from Tom Cave (Ford Fiesta) with Osian Pryce (VW Polo) coming home in third.
