As part of the expansion of its Electrics & Sensors product group, Wulf Gaertner Autoparts AG has introduced a new range of MEYLE crank position sensor repair kits. The new kits cater for over 350 Dacia, Nissan, Renault and Opel models. These universally designed kits include the sensor and plug, cables and connectors.

If the engine fails to start, the most likely culprit is a defective crank position sensor. Thermal interaction in the engine compartment and vibration take their toll on sensor life. The repair may look simple, but often turns out to be a highly complicated process requiring different components to be assigned to a specific application. With the new MEYLE repair kits, repair professionals benefit from significant time savings as the full-service kits come complete with all necessary parts including sensor, plug, cables and connectors and cater for over 350 vehicle models featuring any type of original connector coding.

The rubber materials used on the crank position sensor offer refined characteristics specially geared to the thermal conditions in which they operate and ensure increased sensor life. The new MEYLE crank position sensor kits are now available under the MEYLE part numbers:
  • 16-14 800 0025
  • 16-14 899 0010
  • 16-14 800 0023
  • 16-14 899 0006
  • 16-14 800 0026.
MEYLE components are available nationwide and distributed in Ireland by Strongline Autoparts. Call 01-462-4631 for further details.
