Ford Ireland has announced the appointment of David Pimlott as Customer Service (FCSD) Manager. David, previously Marketing Manager for the division, succeeds Bill Noonan, who retired last month.

An honours graduate in Management and Information Systems, David has almost 25 years in the motor industry in Ireland. He joined Ford Ireland in 2002, having worked in the aftersales area for a number of Ford dealers as well as for the National Car Testing Service (NCTS).

David will support the dealer network in enhancing the service and aftersales experience for Ford retail and fleet customers, as well as increasing the awareness of Ford's aftersales product range.
