Hella is now launching the SATAjet 100 series, the new spray gun range

for primer materials which will replace the corresponding SATA KLC models with the nozzle sizes 1.6 – 1.7 – 1.8 – 1.9 – 2.0 – 2.1.

This series consists of three different product categories, each one specially developed for its specific area of primer material application, yet highly flexible and universally applicable. The series ranges from spot repair areas to large surfaces, with inlet pressures ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 bar.

Their fine atomisation and their large, yet compact, spray pattern provide an even material application with little need for rework. There is a minimum of sanding time and, consequently, a much-reduced consumption of sanding paper. Due to the atomisation technology with minimised overspray the masking effort during preparation is reduced considerably, thus offering additional potential for cost savings.

All model versions achieve high transfer-efficiency rates, often significantly exceeding 65%, which allows for very efficient working and eco-friendly. Any waterborne and solvent-based material available on the market can be sprayed without restrictions with this new spray gun range.
