Higher sales from HID bulbs

When manufacturers first introduced High Intensity Discharge (HID) bulbs to their cars, it was claimed that they would last the life-time of the vehicle. In reality, on average, the life of HID bulbs has tended to be 3-5 years.

Combined with the fact that HID bulbs are no longer limited to premium sports or luxury cars, and are now fitted as standard to a wide range of models, garages are now experiencing a high demand for replacing HID bulbs, which will grow year on year.

To meet this demand and ensure garage mechanics take advantage of this opportunity, Ring Automotive has a complete range of direct OE replacement HID bulbs.

Ring Automotive has also produced a fitting guide to inform mechanics on how to replace HID bulbs correctly and safely. More importantly, the fitting guide should prevent garages from having to refer vehicles with HID bulbs back to the main dealer.

The increase in HID replacements and new bulb technology will ensure garages are replacing bulbs on vehicles for many years to come.

Available from all good motor factors.
