Hella introduces technical helpline
Share:

Hella Ireland has launched a new Technical Helpline to help support garages throughout Ireland with the challenge of coping with increasingly complex automotive technology.

The new service draws on the expertise and experience of Hella’s European service and support team which currently handles over 30,000 calls per year from garages across the continent. Hella says this means it will be able to offer high quality, effective information and support to the Irish aftermarket.

The Hella technical team can deal with problems and queries in many different areas for both cars and commercial vehicles including, Lighting, Electrics, Electronics, Air Conditioning and Cooling systems. They can also provide assistance in areas such as braking, clutch, steering and suspension, engine, emissions, injection systems, air bags and ignition.
The new service means that mechanics can get easy access to technical help while actually working on the vehicle and can also utilise a broad range of knowledge based on customer problems relating to different vehicle systems, diagnostic tools and corrective procedures built up over a number of years.

The Helpline has the potential to be a great time and cost saving tool for any garage. It can be accessed by calling 1570 214 614. The line is open Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. 1570 call charges apply.
