There was a very impressive turnout of both technicians and motor factor staff at the Arnott Europe Air Suspension training day organised by J&S Automotive and held at the Eure!car Training Centre in Swords.

Air suspension is an area of outstanding business potential for independent garages and the attendance and interest in the training demonstrated how many progressive aftermarket businesses are keen to capitalise on this significant business opportunity.

Alan Gaynor from J&S commented, "With Arnott Europe we have an outstanding range of air suspension products that can offer a genuine and high quality alternative to dealer repairs. The hands-on training gave attendees an opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of this technology, practically demonstrated the correct method of fitting to avoid any warranty issues and showed how with Arnott a garage can have access to essential product and fitting information to unlock the lucrative business potential air suspension can offer.”

The free training included a demonstration of the replacement of an air suspension system on an ML Jeep and highlighted many of the common air suspension issues arising on older high-end vehicles. Alan said, "If a garage cannot offer air suspension repairs they run the risk of sending good customers back to the dealer network. This type of training is designed to help garages lock in 100% of a customer’s business potential.”
