Federal-Mogul Motorparts has launched a free technical call centre for customers in several countries in Europe and South Africa.

The new technical centre is able to respond to enquiries ranging from installation support, part number lookup, trouble-shooting advice, technical issues and F-M Campus support, as well as offering the latest information about new product releases. Telephone calls can be made during regular business hours Monday to Friday. Emails are processed and replied to within 24 hours.

Marijn Staal, European Trade Marketing and Technical Services Manager for Federal-Mogul commented,  “The technical call centre is a quick, easy and hassle-free way of answering queries. From wholesalers and technicians to end users, the centre is available to all. If they have an issue, they can easily get in contact with our team, who will then be able to provide a solution and get them back to work quickly.”

Federal-Mogul Motorparts supplies a wide range of OE-quality products, including brake components, wipers, ignition and steering and suspension components, through 13 different brands, such as Ferodo®, Champion® and MOOG®. All of these different product areas are catered for in the new technical call centre.

Ireland is included in the list of countries that are covered by the service as well as Austria, France, Germany, Poland, United Kingdom, South Africa and Switzerland. Russia, Italy and the Benelux countries will be added shortly.

The UK and Irish technical support line is 00800333 37256. Alternatively, an email can be sent to support@etcc.tech. Online training is also available at www.fmcampus.eu
