The technical helpline run by the company behind the Eure!Car Certified Automotive Training Programme has now gone live and is providing technicians with expert technical assistance from its base in Swords.

The service is operated by Grup Eina International with the call centre located in Dublin where much of the training for the Eure!Car Certified Master Class programme takes place.

Eure!Car is the innovative new automotive training initiative provided in partnership with J&S Automotive which is practically based on actual vehicles with simulate faults. In just a few short months the programme has proved highly successful providing training for hundreds of technicians all across Ireland.

The new technical helpline service is provided for technicians who have attended to an Eure!Car training. The call centre is manned by a team of seven, all themselves fully qualified and experienced automotive technicians and Eure!Car trainers. This team has access to a huge library of technical information including all vehicle manufacturer documentation.

The team also benefits from the experience of the highly successful Grup Eina technical call centres across Europe which take some 600 calls per day. The call centre located in Spain and giving service to Spain, Portugal and France, for example, has been running successfully for 14 years and has a team of 38 technicians dealing with various technical queries. All this means that the team in Ireland has direct access to some 45,000 unique faults for which the Grup Eina technical team have provided solutions, so the helpline can provide instant advice to most common vehicle issues.
