Oil and lubricants suppliers dominated Hall 9 on the Messe Frankfurt site and one of the brands with the biggest presence was Champion Oil which is distributed in Ireland by Serfac.


Champion reinforced its position as a supplier of premium quality vehicle manufacturer specific oils with the launch of several new specification oils at the show. These included; Champion OEM SPECIFIC 0W30 MS-BFE, a BMW spec low HTHS Longlife-12 FE specification oil and Champion OEM SPECIFIC 0W30 MS-FFE, formulated specially for use in the latest Ford Duratorq Euro 6 Diesel engines (Focus, Mondeo, C-Max, Grand C-Max, Kuga) which meets the Ford WSS-M2C950-A specification, with service intervals up to 30,000 km or 2 years. Champion is the first in the aftermarket to offer this product.

Also new to range are Champion OEMSPECIFIC 0W30 MS-BHDI which has been approved for engines with the PSA B71 2312 specification, OEM SPECIFIC 0W20 MS-V, a lubricant designed to service the latest petrol and diesel Volvo engines and OEM SPECIFIC 0W20 LL FE motor oil. This is another first-to-market oil formulated for the new 2.0 TFSI 140 kW and 3.0 TDI CR 160 kW engines used in VW and Audi models that meet the VW 508 00 / 509 00 specification.
